Before answering this question i want you tell what was my lifestyle before and after losing my weight of 14 kgs (From 72 to 58 kgs). I am also not in my ideal weight of 54kgs but i believe i will achieve that too in coming months.
Before losing weight, i just eat whenever i feel hungry. I eat with my heart. But now i eat with brain. I have routine set what to do when.
I am using nutrition and doing workout 5 days a week. By this my skin starts glowing and my energy level is also increased.
